Most of the reviews I've seen refer to it as a turn-based RPG with strong Soulslike elements.
It's entirely possible that's wrong though. I haven't delved deep into it, because I was mostly turned off by that description and what I saw of the aesthetic.
I saw Journo rumors say the Oblivion remaster had "Souls-like gameplay" when it's the exact same as the original. Presumably because in Oblivion Melee drains stamina and as we all know, Dark Souls invented stamina systems /s.
So at this point if any reveiwer brings up terms related to Soulsgames I'm gonna assume they have no idea what they are talking about.
