Would you agree that Persona is the best of the SMT series?

The recent Persona games has even started to influence other games in the SMT series (notably Devil Survivor 2 and SMT4: Apocalypse).

I've only played SMTIV as opposed to Persona 3/4/5 but I'd agree.

DDS, Strange Journey, any of the mainline except SMT4, Raidou series, they're all better than literally any of the Persona. I think Atlus dropped the ball with SMT4 when it didn't have the same scale of stakes as most SMT games nor much of anything in terms of metaphysical concepts compared to other games, but hell Persona except maybe the 3rd one pretty much don't either.
