.....who took that guy's picture that was pushed onto the subway tracks with the headline Doomed!. A lot of people thought the headline was tasteless, but i don't think the ny post did anything about it. Supposedly the photographer claimed that he was trying to warn the train operator about the guy on the tracks with his bright camera flash. They guy who pushed was cleared of murder charges and if i remember it right won't be charged with anything at all.

Read more carefully, i didn't say that. It made big news cause a photographer took the guy's picture and didn't try to help. He didn't push the guy

The man who pushed the lunatic onto the tracks didn't take the picture. He was minding his own business, when he was assaulted for no reason.

In the process of fighting him off, the crazy accidentally got pushed onto the tracks. It's a clear case of self defense.
