None. I let the pen rest on my ring finger but use my finger and index and thumb to grip. Except my wrist isn't bent in like that. My it's at like a 45 degree angle. I hold it like it's a brush lol

I had to look it up, mine is "lateral quadrepod grasp", which is a variation on I (lateral tripod grasp) where one of those bottom fingers is in a different position. The head of the pen rests against the end of my ring finger, and I have a big callous there.
I live in a big house and it's handy to have a pair of running shoes so that it doesn't take me forever to get from one area of the house to another.

Never mind B, I think the real wtf is A.

On topic, none of those fit. Mine is kind of like G, but with the middle finger extended further downwards so the pen/pencil is resting against the finger's first joint instead of the fingertip.
