Wallet, driver's license/ID, credit cards, money, insurance cards, etc in there that are very valuable. You do not want to lose those things as they can be used to steal someone's identity easily.

Wallet. Lots of phone calls to make, lose access to funds, gotta go to the DMV.

Everything is manageable.

I don't carry much money in my wallet and I only have two CCs.
My driver's license is always in my car.

I have spare set of keys at home and my parents have the keys, too, so I don't have to break in if I lose them.

I never buy expensive phones and I have my contacts backed up, so that's also not that bad.
