Should Bethesda get the rights to make Star Wars games?

I feel as if they'd make much better Star Wars games than EA (that's something everyone can agree on). While I don't think they'd make a Star Wars Battlefront game, they could make a damn fine open world game that could combine mechanics from the Fallout and Elder Scrolls games.

Bethesda should get the Game of Thrones license.

I'm going to say yes, if only because I once thought it'd be the coolest fucking thing ever if there was a Star Wars game that functioned like an Elder Scrolls title. Wandering into some nondescript cave in the middle of fucking nowhere and finding this badass ancient lightsaber was an amazing concept to me when I was younger.

Also all Star Wars games are canon now, so that wouldn't really work with a player-choice kind of game like BGS makes.

Well, they can't possibly do any worse with it than EA. Besides a game where I can create a character and just fuck around in the Star Wars universe has the potential to be awesome, and EA's never going to do that.

lmao why should Bethesda get it.
There'd be like 10 unique quests, the lore would get all screwed up and it would crash every five minutes. And they'd charge you $3 for a lightsaber color DLC.

This. Bethesda already takes years off between titles and the wait between ES5 and ES6 is already longer than the wait between any other ES game. I don't want it to be worse.
