20 y/o Malachi Love-Robinson, the Florida Kid who IMPERSONATED a 25 y/o DOCTOR and stealing from a patient when he was 17 years old was sentenced to 3.5 years in PRISON!!
He plead guilty to grand theft, practicing medicine without a license and other charges
He was facing a total of 14 criminal charges and must repay his victims $80,000 when he gets out.
He was busted in February 2016 after police said he was practicing medicine without a license as he had an operating practice complete with an office, lab coat and stethoscope
An Undercover cop went in the New Birth New Life Medical Centre and complained of lethargy, sneezing and sore throat and Malachi used a stethoscope to check his heart and lungs and told her she was sufering from allergies and take an over the counter medication
He told her he was a doctor of homeopathic medicine and had a medical staff to prescribe antibiotics.
He defended himself and claimed he never told anyone he was a medical doctor but did claim to have a PHD but never shown documents what field it is in.
He also plead guilty to stealing 35,000 from an elderly patient and charges in Virginia trying to buy a Lexus using a fake earnings statement
He also gave a salesman at Wells Fargo a cheque for 1800 as a down payment for a 2016 red Mazda 6 costing 27,000 and the bank refused to cash the cheque saying the account was closed. He claimed it was a mistake and the dealership didn't give him enough time to fix it. Malachi could have been sentenced to as many as 90 years in prison..
