Firehouse > Publix.

Honestly Publix subs are criminally underrated, they make some incredible sandwiches. None that top the Firehouse brisket and cheddar tbh.

Subway, especially if not franchised, is just bread and toppings. It's like pulling teeth to get meat on the sub.
