so, lab grown meat mostly taste like ass now, because real meat are composed of different muscles of different density, structure and layers of fat, while lab grown meat are just one type of muscles / tissue and it need a complex restructuring and growing different parts individually to get decent realistic texture.
now say in 10-20 years they have perfected it to the point you can have realistic meat with accurate muscle/tissue composition, etc.
then this restaurant specialize in human meat, to the point you basically can eat yourself. like you can reserve a seat several weeks prior plus donating several drop of blood sample, and they will grow it in a lab, after it's done that piece of you will be cooked as you like and you will eat it.
it can go ever further, black mirror style, celebrities start licensing their DNA. it's pretty much licensing someone's likeness in commercial/picture/etc, but instead  they license the use of their DNA in artificial tissue growing.  so basically you can eat out literally emma watson's ass on a plate, cooked and seasoned to perfection.
