Not necessarily any of those people but other times all of them, unless their reasons are decent or at least they're not full of shit about it.
For example, if you live with your parents out of economic necessity or because you want to save for a house then fair play to you. If you live with your parents because you haven't figured out how to do your own laundry then get your life sorted.
Similarly, if you're on welfare because you want to be able to treat water until you improve your circumstances then good, that is absolutely what you should do. Don't understand this argument that you need to go homeless or get a job, it doesn't make any sense.
