When it comes to a game, which is more important for you? Story or Gameplay?

As someone who's never been a fan of these cinematic kinda games like Last of Us, while most of my friends are, I'm curious on the general consensus of those outside my circle. I know most of my friends would put story over gameplay, which imo is kinda crazy, but too each their own I guess.

I'm a big fan of movies, so I kinda would rather them not be in my games, but that's just me.
