I would expect my coworkers to be professionals so that I wouldnt have to talk to HR for anything regarding them. If they fail to act professional, thats on them.

But seriously, if you asked them to stop and/or told them you dont feel comfortable answering those questions and they continue then I can understand getting hr involved. But going to hr bc they asked you about your dating life seems a bit much.
