People already found a way to block ads on v3 so they need more time to fix that

AdGuard and the uBlock Origin devs both have MV3-compliant forks in the works, but they lack a lot of functionality still (reading some of the reviews on the Chrome Web Store, it seems they can't block YouTube ads)
