We need a federal bureau that has no responsibilities at all except to investigate cops. The main requirements being that they cannot have ever worked for any police institutions (city/county/or state), FBI, US Marshals, or Interpol or any associated union to those agencies.
It says right here in Matthew 16:4 "Jesus doth not need a giant Mecha."
