Might play Elden Ring again, Int or Faith?

Played the shit out of it when it came out but got up to Atlas Plateu (is that what its called? Place atop the giant elevator) before I got utterly bored. Might give it another shot almost a year later. Which build should I run? And hell, is this "GOTY" worth completing in the first place?
