I think it's from the Willy Wonka parody with the Brewery.

The scene is Peter and Brian in a room surrounded by a massive amount of empty beer cans. Lois walks in and says "Peter, it's 11AM. Are you drunk?" Peter says "No, I'm just exhausted because I've been up all night drinking."

I don't know why but that's the funniest line I've ever heard and I think about it all the time lol

Best part of that scene is where Lois comes in and tells them what time it is and an absolutely plastered Brian just goes "Thanks for the update Big Ben!".
