I suppose. I'm basing this off of my own experience in Ireland and England as a tourist. When we went to fine dining restaurants it was often food from other countries.

There's a lot of Michelin star/fine dining places that do 'modern British'. But obviously, there's a ton of other cuisines.

That's one of the good things about living here.
