Rewatching Terminator Genisys and I have a couple questions. *SPOILERS*

it's also possible that JC is intended to be some kind of nexus: something like "70% of worlds where we kill JC, Skynet is totally badass"

it's possible it doesn't care if it has to burn some timelines, and the logical "i wont know about it" doesnt matter to the AI--it's fine knowing it's winning in other timelines

it's also possible that it thinks it can somehow become a God if it has enough time, and then it wont matter, or it could rescue it's alternate selves.

as far as the movies go, it seems like there aren't infinite timelines, just like 4-10 or w/e, and in every single one skynet is defeated eventually, before becoming a god.
