Because I don't always immediately need cash, all my purchases are made on credit card so it's just paid off at the end of the month. When I get paid doesn't really matter, I would be fine on one paycheck per month

Literal no difference. If anything its worse. Some people would spend it all and for some if not most, rent is more than a week salary

Where I live, almost everyone gets paid monthly. Always been like that.
Same goes for bills and expenses, everything is monthly.

Let me guess, you burn through money the moment you get it? I budget and save. I often forget it's pay day. It goes directly into my accounts. The frequency doesn't matter.
