Then he appeals and it is ruled a mistrial and he never faces even the tiniest of consequences. The judges have to be by the book beyond reproach, they must give him every chance and every bit of leash. It sucks watching, but it has to be this way for our institutions to survive.I would think 10+ violations of something would be enough leash, but I understand what you're saying.
