crack 2-3 eggs in a bowl. Stirr em up lik a scrambled. Add shit -- ham, peppers, onion, salt+pepper, etc. Then just toss it in the pan and make a big round egg, i guess an omlette, then just eat that like i eat a steak, with a fork and knife.
If i order at a resto? Def going scrambled, because i never trust their over-hard.
