I've seen a lot of egg takes on this board so I'm curious - how do you eat your eggs, generally? For me, hardboiled eggs are the GOAT... you just sprinkle some salt and pepper and you've got a delicious, relatively healthy source of instant energy

...and obviously I meant "OTHER" in that final poll option

Poached is the best but it's too much work so I usually just fry them.

Fried or scrambled, followed by hard boiled. I can enjoy an over medium or hard with certain dishes, but the yolk needs a substrate.

just voted other cuz i do them very bechelory.

crack 2-3 eggs in a bowl. Stirr em up lik a scrambled. Add shit -- ham, peppers, onion, salt+pepper, etc. Then just toss it in the pan and make a big round egg, i guess an omlette, then just eat that like i eat a steak, with a fork and knife.

If i order at a resto? Def going scrambled, because i never trust their over-hard.

Everything but raw. I switch it up all the time. Some days scrambled, some over easy/sunny side up, some hard boiled, sometimes an omelette. I really enjoy them all. But when I fry eggs I have a preference for runny yolks for sure.
