Watch both. 02 is pretty damn good. Tamers starts out slow but it gets better.
may as well watch bothI was thinking the other day how I never really gave the second season a chance. Thanks fam Ill watch it again.
then watch frontier its my fave season
Both and also season 4. Ignore anything past that.Season 4 is severely underrated. Koji is the GOAT.
Tamers is the best. I I love the English dub. Guilmon sounds so cuteIm playing Cyber Sleuth now and working my way to get Guilmon line.
Was Last Evolution goodNever watched it but its hard to watch the adults after how shit Tri was.
Then watch 02. Its not as good as the first one. But its still really funI'm on episode 4 now. It's a LOT better than I remember it was. I remember being bitter because Davis/Veemon took over Tai/Agumons spot but both Davis and Veemon are awesome. I just didn't give them a chance.
I just finished my rewatch of Digimon Adventure. Should I watch Adventure 02 or skip to Tamers?

Y'all should rewatch Digimon with me. I started watching it when I got Covid last month and decided to keep going until I finish Frontier.
It's also weird how there is always a new Digimon movie or show that I've never heard about coming out. After the first few movies I lost interest. There's one with the Tamers digi destined that I remember being pretty good.
Haven't seen Digimon in forever but honestly I'm probably due for a rewatch of the first four seasonsYou should. The first four seasons are on Hulu which is how I'm watching it.
It's also darker, which is nice. The only part I remember not liking is the whole dark ocean saga with Kari.
Might as well watch both thoughOriginally I had planned on skipping season 2 but this topic made me change my mind.
Veemon is great. 02 feels like its just missing content IMO. Im hoping the new series adds some of the digivolvutions but Im not holding out hopeNew season? And yeah Veemon is one of my favorite Digimon in the games. I'm playing through Cyber Sleuth currently and waiting to get him.
The evolutions outside of the Veemon/Wormmon lines really suck too.

What the fuck are you smoking?
Halsemon- GOATED
Shurimon- GOATED
Aquilamon - GOATED
Sylphiemon - GOATED
Valkyriemon - GOATED

What I really dislike about 02 is how they made the main cast smallerI'm up to the episode where Davis unlocks Raidramon. One thing I'm enjoying is every other episode features an old cast mate. They do focus a lot on Veemon but the others have their moments as well. The past two episodes featured Garurumon and MetalGreymon and Matt/Tai.
They didn't even gave them a chance. That was me as a kid. I still continued to watch the show but I always said how I didn't like it, etc.
They both can't compare to Paildramon at all, and I can't name a single partner digimon on ultra level that I think is worse than them.I'm just waiting for Wormmon to digivolve so we can get some Paildramon action.
also if youre enjoying Cyber Sleuth, while its extremely different. Next Order is pretty fun and extremely unique game. Its a V-Pet game so you raise and train your Digimon and they also did and get reborn while you adventure in the Digital World collecting Digimon to build up your home base and get new shops/mechanics.I'm playing through Cyber Sleuth and then I plan on playing Hacker's Memory. I bought Next Order the day it came out and played the hell out of it on PS4. I did enjoy the game quite a bit but I don't think I'll be replaying it any time soon. I don't mind the grind at all but I prefer games like Digimon Story or the DS games where you traditionally level up your Digimon. Plus I'm playing Persona 3 when I can and I plan on playing FF7R in a few weeks when it releases. Maybe by the time summer comes around I'll have more time for Next Order.
02 has a pretty strong start, but it really falls off by the end.It does get kind of cringey by the end but that's okay. I'll be through the entire season in a week or two.
