I want to watch the world change and see how many more video games there are to play.

Weird in the 1920s you had guys going around going "NEH! Think ya lucky punk? (Italian mobster style). There were no video games and WW1 had just ended.
I'm grateful I won't be alive in 2120.
I wish I could see it too. I also wish I could see the 1920s--that would have been an interesting time as well.
There is no good. There is no evil. There just is.
Why not 2121?

I'm going to assume by then there will be Reploids walking around. Hopefully not starting a globe-spanning war that ends in a colony drop.
I will rule the world, and find that truly good cup of coffee.
The sex robots will come out that year.
My maid will hear about this.

I think about this a lot. I'll miss out on so many new movies, tv shows, video games and comics that will happen after I die. I want to see what Batman is like in 100 years. Maybe by then he'll give Damian a sister. Maybe he marries Harley Quinn who 50 years earlier went through a controversial story arc where she became sane and a hero

And what will Mario be like? What will Nintendo do for his 100th birthday? In 2081 I think. I probably won't even live to see that.
Nah, won't miss seeing the boiling oceans and everything continent being a desert.

I'm more annoyed that I won't ever learn the answers to questions like "what's the limit of the universe? conceptually, what's outside it? what happened before the Big Bang?" I'll die and cease to exist without ever knowing.

After you play a thousand or so video games they start to lose their appeal. You keep craving the "hit" of those early ones you played always chasing that high and never finding it. Then you go back and play the old ones and find they are better than any of the current or new ones that will ever exist.
Now or never.
I want to make it to 2112 and listen to Rush all year

Even if I were to live 100 years, I still wouldn't see the year 2120.

There's always new innovation going on the only way there isn't new fun games as if you only play AAA games. Play some Indies or AA.

That's part of the fun. It'll be interesting to see how humanity adapts to extreme climate changes.
