I'm saving and sleeping quite nicely. Money isn't an issue for me. The only thing keeping me working and not retiring early is my excellent free insurance through my employer.

Well, that's just not true. For instance, my wife is a dental hygienist, which is a 2 year trade school where you only previously need an Associates. That is like almost $100k a year, and with a proper 401k, things will be fine. And that isn't even a fancy degree.

I have no plans to retire since I thrive on having structure.

but I'm still putting in the maximum match for my office job so hey. If the office job goes away when I'm like 60 I'm set either way

As a lot of others have said, Im not worried about the future because I dont have one, and no capacity to build one even if I wanted to. I dont plan to live past 60, and since Im almost 36, Im already 60% of the way.
