Fuck Cody's storyOn that note:
The Rock says know your damn role.Shut your damn mouth.
Shut your damn mouth.Jibroni
The Rock just seems desperate for relevance. Maybe if he didnt play the same character (himself) in every role he would be going a little further.

Who in the WWE is going to tell The Rock that he can't do something
it sounds like he is using his relevance to improve WWEs relevanceTheyre doing fine without him.
Theyre doing fine without him.If you don't think The Rock is a huge ratings boost then you are insane.

there's a guy there who always dresses like a clown and can't stop running his mouth on anyone who isn't 100% pro WWE and full timer.Did you really get worked by Rollins and his social media posts holy hell

I did it for The Rock
Dirtsheets and copy/pasting a sourceless story, name a better duo that absolutely hasn't been getting played like morons in recent months by WWE "leaks"
So Wrestling is relevant again because of 1 man....
Yet that one man acknowledged the other guy who has been there and no one cared LOL
The WWE has spent the past 21 years fighting against the very thing that makes it popular.
People love characters. WWE wants the WWE brand itself to be the main appeal with the characters being incidental by comparison. That's why they have to break out a bunch of 50+ wrestlers every time there's a big event.

I'm sorry, I just don't see the appeal in these wrestling shenanigans.Because people get invested in characters and theres only so much they can do in the ring. Mic work is essential to being a top player. Thats why damn near every pure athlete that makes it to champion status needs a manager to speak for him, because if they cant do it themselves then they wont last.
The shit-talking has always been one of the most obnoxious aspect of "professional" wrestling imo.
I can respect the athleticism, the choreography, the artistic aspect, however when they run their mouths it reminds me of small dogs who never stfu, which is ironic considering it's coming from rather big and jacked up dudes (more often than not).

Can someone explain to someone who hasnt watched wrestling in 15yrsCody won the Royal rumble for the second year in a row. Guarantees a title shot at wrestlemania as is tradition, and as he won and challenged for it last year this year was supposed to be the end of the now 2 year story of Cody struggling to overcome the champion. Its an underdog story, were on his side.
