  • Peter Navarro reported to prison to serve his 4-month term today. He got a contempt of congress charge for ignoring a subpoena from the January 6th Select Committee.
  • About 5 weeks away from the Supreme Court arguments on Trump's presidential immunity claim
  • I'm assuming the criminal trial in Manhattan is now set for April 15th since the judge delated it for 30 days as of March 15th. There is a March 25th hearing for the discovery concerns.
  • Trump is having trouble finding a company to put up the money for his ~$455 million bond for the NY civil fraud trial. NY AG Letitia James says she's going to start the process to seize his assets on the 25th if he can't come up with the bond by then. Not sure how long it would take for the state to actually do that, though.

A Florida man charged with interfering with police during the Jan. 6, 2021, siege at the U.S. Capitol is connected to a network of supporters who have helped other Capitol riot defendants avoid capture by the FBI, prosecutors said in a court filing this week.

A federal judge on Thursday ordered Thomas Paul Osborne to be released from a Florida jail while he awaits trial on charges that he grabbed a police officers baton during a mobs attack on the Capitol. Before the judge ruled, a Justice Department prosecutor argued that Osborne poses a risk of fleeing after his Feb. 22 arrest.

Osborne harbored a Jan. 6 defendant, Christopher Worrell, who disappeared last year after he was convicted of assaulting police with pepper spray during the Capitol riot, prosecutors said. They believe Worrell, a member of the Proud Boys extremist group, lived at Osbornes home in Lakeland, Florida, for roughly six weeks while on the run.

Also Trump settled a sexual harassment lawsuit against his Bedminster club for $82,500. The plaintiff in that case will likely also sue Alina Habba. Trump pretty much threw her under the bus. Both parties in the lawsuit agreed that Alina Habba is not a part of the settlement, so she's likely going to be sued for fraud and may lose her law license as a result.

I wonder if Trump gets fewer votes in 2024 than he got in 2020 or even 2016.

If any of these Republicans claiming that they won't vote for Trump then he could potentially lose 10-15% of Republican voters, which is a fuck load.
