Down to 180 from 340 last year.holy shit, when'd you start?
Phew, went back on my diet. Doing a more reasonable 1600 calories per day now instead of under 1000.
I went to my parents house after work to get my dog (I leave my dog with them every morning before heading out). Mother made some fried chicken, which while I don't like a lot of restaurants fried chicken, hers is amazing. But I managed to abstain. I quickly grabbed my dog and ran out of there to avoid the temptation lol.
So after today, week 1 will be done.
Even on this board, I feel like going into detail about my mental health as well as childhood trauma would make others ask many questions out of genuine concern.
Great run this morning. Kept my pace a little bit slower, plus it is hilly. Adding in a little bit of walking at the end, I was over 750 calories. Not bad for an hour.That's an excellent pace. How warm is it where you are?

Well crew I seem to be going in the right direction. I am at 195 now. So not as low as I was since before I started to take that medication but I am getting closer to that spot. I just hope I can get to the 180s before May 8th. I have a doctors appointment at that time and it was with that dude I really don't like. This dude was just telling me not to eat white food. And I am going be look . Look at this , I lost nearly 90 pounds since we first met and ate white food.White food doesn't necessarily matter for weight loss, because a calorie is a calorie. But it raises cholesterol if you have a potential issue with that. I switched from white rice to brown rice, regular pasta to whole wheat, and stopped eating bagels altogether. Also, increased my fiber intake. Huge drop in my LDLs.

but now there is other added stress because of the recent shake-up with CE, a place i've spent a significant amount of my day-to-day browsing for most of my adult lifeyeah, sucks about that

i'm on cloud nine right now, friends. scale came up with 200.0 even on the daily weigh-in this morning, then 199.8 after i took my shirt off, lol. this is the first time i've been under 200 again in i think about a year. i feel like i am finally getting back on track. i have been going through some stressful times with my family lately that i haven't really posted about, but things have sort of gotten better there.I think it's important to understand the way we came up is under attack and many see it as something not sustainable for the future. However, the site is still up and as a LUEser this happened to me 20 years ago and we still have a good influx. You can DM me for the LUE spin off site if you're looking for a similar community. They're aware of what's happening and Tiko the site's founder created a space for CE members to join. We have rules but if you can follow them you're welcome. I certainly enjoy posting in both places
but now there is other added stress because of the recent shake-up with CE, a place i've spent a significant amount of my day-to-day browsing for most of my adult life, and also yesterday i just learned that the farmers market i am planning on launching my small business selling my mini cheesecakes at opened up applications for the summer season, and new vendors have until May 12th to apply, so i am having to really get my shit together and kick my planning into high gear. now that there is a time limit, everything seems so much more daunting. so, ngl, i really needed a victory like this. it feels good. keep up the good work, everyone! we inspire each other to do better and to be better, and i am grateful to all of you for that.

Day #2 of going back to 16/8 intermittent fasting success.
Feel like this is the easiest way to keep my calories maintained without being too strict and lose weight.
Goal is 250lb by end of this year or else I'm gonna owe about 200$ in gifted nitros in a small discord group I'm in
