Of course it's a problem and of course it needs to be dealt with.
So, will they start arresting tons of gang members stealing cars and actually hold them in jail?
Comments section is filled w/ people saying they try to report this shit happening and the cops don't care, the judges toss out the cases anyway.
Doesn't sound like it's being dealt with.
