So what I am hearing is right wing nut jobs are trying to claim abandoned cars as stolen to raise the crime rate and the police and everyone else is like no crime has been committed. I don't like to believe the police but even they realize how insane it is to pretend an abandoned car is stolen.Is that what's going on here?
