Yeah, it's The Incredibles, but this particular clip is absolutely one that would be far more appreciated by adult viewers than kids, who wouldn't really fully grasp everything going on here.

I think they have to manually click it out of the kids designation if it's flagged, so anything older than whenever they implemented it was probably automatically converted and the channels don't bother to switch them out.
