What was up with that?

There's been wars over really dumb shit before but that's gotta be like a top 10 dumbest thing.
It says right here in Matthew 16:4 "Jesus doth not need a giant Mecha."

Hilariously, the British monarchs didn't formally give up their claim to the throne of France until 1802, or after the Revolution.

All British coinage up until that year even had inscriptions listing "King of France" among the monarch's titles (making George III the last one to make that claim).
