  • RE6 is the best RE and the pinnacle of the TPS genre
  • I havent played a single remake I didnt find vastly better than the original
  • Dead Space 3 > 1 > 2
  • Donkey Kong Country 3 > 1 > 2
  • Elden Ring, BOTW and TOTK carry the exact same copy paste open world issues as any other Ubisoftified game but people ignore them because they like From and Nintendo
  • From has been left in the dust by other Soulslike makers and Nioh, Remnant, Code Vein and LOTF 2023 reign at the top of the genre while From stopped doing what they wanted and instead listened to the prepare to die memes to keep making the same fucking game. Also their multiplayer vision is garbage, gimme that shared progression already.
  • Gimmicks are amazing and the only reason people hate them is because of bandwagoning and lack of exposure. The most impressive games right now are not pretty games with good visuals but Astro, Hunt Showdown and Returnal for their innovative use of certain features and I am convinced that people who look down on them will be seen like the people who couldnt handle dual analog FPS controls back when those became a thing.

I don't like how DBZ and Dragon Quest characters look. No hate on Akira Toriyama cuz I don't know anything about the man himself and I know he was enormously influential on anime and games. And plenty of media I love draws very clear inspiration from his work. I just really don't like the look of his characters for some reason.

It certainly has IMO. Evermore has it's flaws as well but it's a little more polished than Mana and it makes it that much better. That and the alchemy system was very different and fun.

I don't really like the idea of the steam deck. Seems kinda gimmicky like it just exists to try and fill the small space in the handheld market that was left after the Switch dominated with no competition from Sony or Xbox which is what people really want/wanted. I entirely believe that if Sony and or Xbox made handheld, then that spot would vanish instantly and the steam deck and all competition would become irrelevant quickly.

Like it's just some generic option to fill the market for handhelds(which is why other generic competition like ROG ally assortment fill in and replace it so easily) At least until Sony or Xbox actually fill that place with something people actually want. I also feel that for the relative portability and specs on it, you're far better off just bringing a gaming laptop. (However, I'm also typically never on a train or bus so idk for sure there)

Either way, while I don't entirely dislike it, I find it generic, uninspired, and overall kind of meh

I think that if you play shadow the hedgehog as a sonic game it's pretty good. When you start getting the gimmicks involved it does, admittedly, fall off. I hated having to replay the game so many times just to get the actual final level.

I think Mayo and Miracle Whip are equally disgusting.

Salads are gross

Police are awesome, and needed in our society. I personally never had an issue with them all my life.

I been in a cop car twice, and funny enough, it wasn't because I was in trouble. One was an officer being kind and taking me to school on a bad snow day, and the other taking me to my dad who was at the site of a car accident he was involved him. Always rode on passenger side with the officer which was cool.
