Looks like a middle eastern country, which tracks.

I've seen numerous videos of clearly very rich middle eastern young adults driving their cars like maniacs, and sometimes wrecking spectacularly like that. From what I understand, they just leave the wrecks there and leave, since they can just afford to buy new cars.

Alcohol is illegal where this was, so he was most likely a hundred percent sober.

Crazy car stuff is a big culture in the middle east, you can find videos of some kinda neat stunts they do in groups, like driving atound on 2 wheels. I assume that's what this guy was trying to do but misjudged the wet sand and caused his car to roll instead.

Yeah my first thought too, the fact he's walking doesn't mean he doesn't have internal bleeding somewhere. It depends how clean his exit of the vehicle was, the landing looked relatively harmless
