America uses one of its 50 states to banish criminals. Only criminals live there and they can't leave. Basically its like old school British owned Australia

What state would be best for a prison colony?

The feds own over 80% of Nevada land, so seems like the most logical place to make into a prison colony.
Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less.
