Actively antagonizing in ways that are obviously either not your belief or are only your belief sheerly because they are crappy is what I would call chud behavior, yes. The act of it being about EA is irrelevant. It could be like if someone went into a "the politics of Yakuza" topic just to say that both sides have a valid point: it's all about having a flagrantly bad take, not the material that spawned it.
