i dont run into this opinion much. most ppl seem just happy to have hot art. and honestly, im not about to tell artists what they can or cant draw, or that their work isnt valid. but it just feels so...disrespectful to the characters (but less severe than that sounds, since its all fiction anyway)
like man. part of the draw for this character is he's ugly. can you please keep him that way, i like him for who he is

Makima from Chainsaw man appeal is she has an air of being reserved, almost unsexual (not that she isn't sexy but her body is normal not sexualized) and yet at the same time she is an absolute freak. I have a lot of respect for artists that are able to draw non conventionally attractive features (big noses, wrinkles, fat) with care. It's soo lame when people strip out those features that have so much character and just make em generic for wider sex appealreally glad u brought up wrinkles too, cuz this bothers me a lot with older characters too. in fact my 3 biggest bothers are exactly the ones you mentioned - fat, nose, skin
