Die Hard. It's the greatest action movie, imo.

i feel RoboCop is a perfect movie

like legit start to finish perfect

i also feel it has more merit than simply being a great action movie. i love die hard, its a 10, but RoboCop is one of the best movies of all time
My fate was the grandest, most brilliant of them all.
He/Him
Maybe I should already watch it but I don't remember enjoying it is nearly as much as I liked die hard, which is the regular for me cuz I'm all about science fiction and fantasy

Love me some RoboCop, but Die Hard redefined action for the 90s.

Getting high and playing video games is the best! I swear to ducking God!
Ive never seen or had the desire to watch Die Hard.

Unless you dislike action in general, you really need to see it. Skip the second one, it sucks. 3 might be better than the first.

Die Hard, but paradoxically Robocop has more memorable stuff in it.
PS5s have liquid metal tech like the T-1000- AceCombatX
Game devs don't deserve money- Zithers, in a topic he made on a game site about artists deserving money.

Second one isn't bad at all, it is just very forgettable. They just took the first one and put it in an airport. It does nothing new, gets a bit more outrageous, but it is still a fun watch.

I agree though, 3 is fucking phenomenal. I love that movie. Sam Jackson and Bruce Willis are a match made in heaven. It helps that it wasn't even supposed to be Die Hard but they said meh and plugged it in. Works out TREMENDOUSLY.

Growing up me and my siblings would use the Fox version with all the censored curses at each other. "Shut the front door you stupid melon farmer!". Before my parents caught on and scolded us.

Robocop had real lasting satirical commentary on society. Die Hard was just a fun action flick that had no real message.
It says right here in Matthew 16:4 "Jesus doth not need a giant Mecha."

I have a confession.

I've never actually seen Die Hard. Not all the way through, at least.

So Robocop by default. But it's also just a really great movie.

I was shocked when I learned it was scored by the same guy who did The Hunt for Red October.

But when I thought about it a little closer, I dunno how I missed it.

TBH I feel like Dredd did everything Die Hard did but better.

Ill give it a shot when Christmas rolls around. Pop culture has spoiled all the parts of it for me already, though.

Die Hard is near perfect, but it's got the added benefit of having a better sequel (edit: better than Robocop 2 i mean, its much easily the worst in the Die Hard trilogy) and possibly an even better 3rd movie.

2 gets more benefit when you add in 4 and 5 at least >_>

I will simp for Live Free or Die Hard so long as you watch the unrated version with blood and curses. It is still not as good as 1-3 but it brings it FAR more in line with them and is enjoyable to watch. 5 is gutter water

There's not really anything to spoil in Die Hard. It's the most predictable movie ever.

One of the coolest scenes is when robocop is driving through Detroit at sundown and the theme music is playing

Robocop. Die Hard is a better movie, but I'm biased towards satire and sci-fi.
...I think I'm done here...
Die hard overall is the better action movie.

Robocop is the better social satire and has the best comedy bits.
Aren't we all just a series of tubes?
