It's actually been frustrating how the Dems haven't put more effort into NC. It's been teetering on the edge for a while now, and Obama showed it's winnable. This is easily the most effort they have put into the state in a long while, so here's hoping. Making the Right burn resources defending it is also a good cause.
Same, I'm also cautiously optimistic that FL is within sight not just for POTUS, however also Scott's senatorial seat. Their SC upholding the 6 week ban along with marijuana legalization (decriminalization?) and abortion protection rights being on the ballot should logically drive a lot of people out to vote and ideally vote for more than just those issues.
