Because prisoners are wards of the state and as such the government should be sworn to protect them. For every Masterson there are 100 people facing violence who dont deserve it and we shouldnt pick and choose when prison violence is acceptable because we need a system where its never acceptable in order to fully prevent it. The more exceptions you make, the less safe it is for everyone, and the more we admit that were comfortable with state sanctioned violence against people we deem acceptable to be targeted.OK I get it maybe im just simple like this but if prison Inmates find confirmed rapists no doubts I wouldn't say In a topic how harshly done and sorry I feel for him.
