Thanks for reading!
Looks like a relaxing time, definitely has my attention.

Animal Crossing but with hobbits
It says right here in Matthew 16:4 "Jesus doth not need a giant Mecha."

I know it will probably never happen again, but I really wish we could get more LOTR games like the ones for the films, especially The Two Towers and ROTK on main consoles. Just hack n slash fun (and frustration).
What are you waiting for? You're free.
I like the idea but the game looks like it was produced by Street Sets.
Taxes, death, and trouble.
Brunt/Gaila 2024. Make Ferenginar Great Again!
I'm not sure what the intended audience/demo for this is but it's certainly not me (and that's okay)
Cookin like a chef, I'm a 5 Star Michelin
This sounded like a joke at first, but if it's at in The Shire that actually sounds really cute.
As the morning sun rises, my lingering memories fade. I no longer see your silhouette. It's too far gone into the haze.
Can't wait to have 2nd breakfast
Don't like it? Don't watch it. It's that simple

Id be happy with a remaster of those games tbh. Theyre still fun as hell to play through, just need some polishing

RotK was a fucking brilliant game. I would love something similar to that.

I'm not sure how I feel about this game - a big part of the appeal of Animal Crossing is making the village feel like your own as you watch it grow, so sticking that gameplay in a pre-existing and very well established setting seems like it would detract from that.

But that said, it does look charming as hell, and everyone loves some LotR, so I'm gonna keep an eye on this.

It never occurred to me, but hearing about it, the idea for a game of it feels long overdue.
The food here is terrible. My steak was so tough it attacked my coffee and the coffee was too weak to defend itself.
Now suddenly its privated. I wonder if they didn't mean to leak this yet

Dang, vid is private. Sounds like something I'd like.

I mean, it's a better idea than that Gollum game. I would give this a shot.

However, why don't they give the people what they really want.

Shadow of The Silmarillion

I think the Tolkien estate still owns the rights to it and plans on keeping them. They're not too pleased at a lot of licensed LOTR stuff if I remember right. Id love that too.
Fix your hearts or die.
When I sin I sin real good.
Its made by Weta Workshop who created (some of, at least) the props, miniatures, and costumes for Peter Jacksons film trilogy, not sure if theyve made a game before.

I still play them (and The Third Age) on PS2. Even just a digital release on modern consoles would be great, but again wishful thinking.

Ill keep an eye on it too, anything LOTR usually gets my attention, even if it leads to perpetual disappointment with every new release.

I love Conquest as well, even though it was blatantly unfinished and unbalanced. I still play it on PS3 from time-to-time, but not as much as the prior eras LOTR games.

shadow of mordor 3 when pls

Fuck yeah, as a grown ass man, i dont want to play call of duties and battlefields anymore.

This game is right up my alley.
Load me into the matrix and dont pull the plug
Can't be worse than Gollum was
THIS SPACE INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK
Do not write in this space.
See why didnt they just make a Gollum life sim? Where you just go around and eat bugs. Id play that.
I cant believe how much the life sim genre has exploded since stardew came out. One of my favorite genres though, just wish there was more variety

Hobbits aren't whimsical jolly short elves. Peter Jackson has a lot to answer for.
Ghosts are cool.
I do wish one of these adaptations/spin-offs/whatever would bring back the Rankin-Bass art style.

This. I love the sentiment of this game, but the art style is hideous. I'm not a graphics snob, but this look is just so ugly to me.
I don't know what to put in my sig.
Looks a bit like Fable and The PS2 Hobbit game

Also, there's a farming game I play on IOS called Cats & Soup that comes to mind. I wondered if they couldn't adapt something like that to consoles. Plus, the idea of having a virtual version of Middle Earth (where you can run RTS games, solo adventures, builder games, arthouse, indy games, something like Myst/puzzle games, etc) is really exciting. Something we can all agree on, maybe. Someone here mentioned Animal Crossing. I think it reminds me a bit of Life Is Strange with the look of the stylized plantlife and that bright twilight aura poking through the bushy branches and leaves. Can't help but think of Overlord here haha

I find Sky: Children of the Light's model for various activities while exploring (music, dance, etc) to be just really really successful. I wonder if this game couldn't do something like that, but with writing or painting, so like to carve your name in a tree, or put a creative sign up in your yard. Multiplayer, etc. Could be a lot of fun. Fallout Shelter fans? Haha

I wonder if this is set before or after The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings
