You're asking why, say, a black man might be intimidated by one or more white men standing outside a polling place wearing fatigues and possibly conceal carrying?
Ahmaud Arbery was shot and killed for jogging through a white neighborhood. Now extrapolate the racism that drives a white man to shoot a black man for jogging in the wrong neighborhood to the kinds of people who literally believe in their rotten hearts that the country is being destroyed by Democratic voters.
