A case that happened in my country last year: Divorced parents with shared custody. The mum stabbed both kids while they were sleeping. The 13-year old girl died. The younger brother managed to escape from the house despite having 15 stab wounds. He is using an office chair as support and a neighbour hear his cries for help. The mum is now spending the rest of her life in jail most likely.
