If Isreal is commiting war crimes (I've heard about the destroyed aid convoy before), they will be taken to court and punished for it. If and when they are found guilty in a court of law for war crimes, then they will be found guilty of war crimes. Have they been found guilty in a court of law over such crimes? If so, who would deny it? Why would they deny it?
I hate to sound like a broken record but again, it's not all that complicated.
I've literally said multiple times that I've read articles/watched interviews by multiple people on multiple sides of the debate/war/whatever, have seen many people on opposing sides stating their views (legal and otherwise), and came to the conclusion that - I do not know enough about international war crimes/law to make an informed opinion, and thus will wait for the court to make a ruling on it.
I could literally not be anymore transparent than that. It's all of you who have made up some pretend, invisible boogyman in my posts to attack here.
