Error hinted at Discord that there was more to what happened here. But of course, GameFAQs keeps the details to themself, so all we can do is assume the worst. No matter what, it is inexcusable to let someone like that back onto the board, but it was a terrible idea to make the CE board private in the first place. Stupid top to down marching orders.

Really should have just brought back the politics board, make that private if it has to be, and let CE be what it was before.
The Biden administration said Friday that it was reasonable to assess that Israel has violated international law in Gaza, but that it hasn't violated terms of U.S. weapons agreements.
In a report to Congress, the State Department said it hasnt verified specific instances that would justify withholding military aid.
While the U.S. has had deep concerns during the period since October 7 about action and inaction by Israel that contributed significantly to a lack of sustained and predictable delivery of needed assistance at scale, and the overall level reaching Palestinian civilians while improved remains insufficient, we do not currently assess that the Israeli government is prohibiting or otherwise restricting the transport or delivery of U.S. humanitarian assistance" under the Foreign Assistance Act, the report said.
The report also said that Israel has "the knowledge, experience, and tools to implement best practices for mitigating civilian harm in its military operations," but noted that results in the field, "including high levels of civilian casualties, raise substantial questions" about whether the Israel Defense Forces are "using them effectively in all cases."
The report also pointed to limitations as far as U.S. access to information from Israel. While Israel provided some information "on request" about specific incidents related to targeting decisions and battled damage assessments, more details are needed, the report said.

USA tries to bribe Israel to not launch a big offensive in Rafah.
What happened to "we don't negotiate with terrorists"?Please, USA have always helped both dictators and terrorists that were on their side. Just look how Saddam got the power.

What happened to "we don't negotiate with terrorists"?This has never been a true statement. We've always negotiated with terrorists. We've even propped up many of these terrorist organizations.

Say what you will about "from the river to the sea," it's less genocidal than the things Republican senators are saying: https://www.thedailybeast.com/sen-lindsey-graham-suggests-nuking-gaza-calls-hiroshima-the-right-decision/Republicans call for the United States to nuke Israel.

I keep seeing this article posted but I can't find a source as to what new methodology or source the UN is using for why they decreased the women and children fatality count. They're now saying instead that some 4,959 women and 7,797 children, instead of the 9,500 and 14,500 number from before.

From what l can see, the Gaza officially stopped reporting how many of the dead that were kids/women a while ago, and the new numbers are lower.
The total killed are around the same, just more dead adult males.
So it can be everything from correcting wrong numbers to propaganda (both before with how many innocent that died to after with how many "Hamas" that have been killed).
They "stopped reporting it" because the entire Gaza healthcare system has effectively collapsed.l mean, they still count the total deaths...
Extrapolating the proportions to the remaining 10k confirmed deaths and taking the 10k "under the rubble or otherwise missing" as deaths at face value (given these numbers are probably conservative due to the difficulties of tracking and reporting amid the mass destruction): that would be an additional 6,400 unidentified kids and 4,000 women.
Which proportions exactly?32% for children and and 20% for women, beneath the bolded "24,686 identified, as of April 30, as:"
32% for children and and 20% for women, beneath the bolded "24,686 identified, as of April 30, as:"
Aren't you doubling that? 32% of 10k is 3200.The total number as I'm understanding the graphs is 44k. 10k of those are still lost under the rubble or otherwise missing and 10k are bodies found but not identifiable.
A far-right activist group that is doxxing college students who engage in pro-Palestinian protests revealed that it is funded by top Republican political donors and nonprofits backed by wealthy business leaders, a tax return reviewed by CNBC shows.
The group, Accuracy in Media, publicly disclosed on its federal tax return a list of donors who combined to contribute nearly $1.9 million to the tax-exempt nonprofit between May 2022 and April of last year.

It's fine to hate the individual civilians who do shit like this. "Don't hate civilians" is meant in the sense of don't just start blaming / taking it out on random Israeli people who aren't supporting or contributing to the genocide efforts. You can absolutely blame individuals who *are* participating or supporting it, even if they're not actual IDF members.
It's hard to not hate the civilians as well when they do shit like this

But it's hard to feel like any Settler in the West Bank is a decent personYeah, they're part of the problem. "Don't blame civilians" is purely about the ones who are not in any way a party to these matters (beyond living in a country that's involved).
