Maybe its just the parent in me, but if 4 elementary aged kids that I dont know come up to me and ask if weed is illegal, Im probably telling them Yes as well. Because at their age, it is.
Maybe it's just me but I'd prefer to actually educate the children rather than providing them with incorrect information.
