That's so teeny tiny a little micropenis steakThats an 8 oz filet
should be using this time to watch pornAfter the steak, probably. Well see how I feel
Thought this was a pineapple topic for a sec.._.
That steak is more fat than meatYeah it has a large fat strip in it. Was definitely not cut great. But it was twelve bucks
Did you buy her a steak? She had tacos
Nice tc, makes me want to get a ribeye on my next day offNormally Im ribeye all day, but I figured since Im by myself Id get a filet
It's RAW!https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/forum/3/357fcf9d.jpg
You know its a good steak if you don't need steak sauce.it definitely doesnt need steak sauce
But...Not a sushi fan?
It's raw...
RarelyWell next time you post a topic about how youre eating overcooked meat I will.. not say anything because Im better than you
Wasnt digging the look of the cut, but your tastes on how to cook it are great.https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/forum/0/0ac38758.jpg
That looks Blue Rare to me, but I also know that internet/phone pictures of steaks absolutely kills the lighting on it. Seen a few cooks on youtube make videos on it.It definitely was not blue rare, it wasnt even cold on the inside. If I ordered it rare at a restaurant and it came out the way I cooked it I would have been very pleased.
My main issue is the sear on the outside, and using butter to cook it in. Butter burns much, much quicker than the meat. The heat required to get a sear on a steak is way above the butter threshold. But if you must, add a little bit of oil into the pan as well to help. Since I assume you cooked it in the 5-7 range on your stovetop purely in butter, it just never got hot enough for a proper sear.
Anyway, that looks like a 10/10 steak and horseradish rules.
My go to is a 14oz prime ribeye cooked on a propane grill.Well your go to sounds expensive and time consuming. Sometimes thats okay, other times you just want to spend ten bucks and cook it on the stove top
Espresso rub.
But the pics show it cut with a knife.I mean, yeah, I used a knife for the initial cut so I could show you guys, but as I ate it I mostly just tore it apart with the fork
I prefer medium personally for the texture. Used to do medium rare
But...https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/forum/d/d0341a4e.jpg
Sorry >_>https://youtu.be/fRh_vgS2dFE?si=VcXhZq6WS527KoCa
Expensive? Yes. Time consuming? Not at all. Takes me about 3 minutes to make the rub. Its just finely ground espresso beans with my coffee grinder, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Rub it on. 3 minutes on each side. Down the hatch.

Also I wouldnt trust a $10 filet of that size.
But...
It's raw...
You wouldnt trust it? What does that even meanFor one, it looks nothing like a quality filet. Or a filet at all.
That's so teeny tiny a little micropenis steakMaybe it's a grower not a shower.
That looks more like a strip steak than a fillet. Ive never seen a single fillet ever look like that. Then I guess youve never cut meat
