Alright, from what I can gather, the police had set up a lane for the golf and media people to drive through, and Scheffler was confused because he was being given conflicting directions by multiple officers on how to proceed through it.
Then Psycho Cop on a power trip runs up and throws himself at the vehicle to "justify" hitting Scheffler with all these ludicrous charges. His lawyers are gonna make mincemeat out of the LMPD.
