Been worked out in forever. The next day I'm so sore and tired. I feel like i want to die . Anyone else feels like this? Like my legs for example. Or thighs to be exact.

add yoga to your life.. it works out all muscles so when you do a gym sesh on off days the isnt as much DOMS (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delayed_onset_muscle_soreness).
Now or never.

I workout 3-4 times a week and on my breakdays I always do at least 15 min of stretches in the morning. I notice it helps a lot when I basically destroy my muscles lol (also eat a lot of protein)
DI MOLTO!

Nah working out topics shouldn't be.

If you haven't worked a muscle group out in a while you probably should derack and have at least one or two sessions where you work your way back up to your old weight. It'll help avoid those days after when you feel like you've been hit by a car and it's a practice you should get into a habit of doing anyway as you get older to prevent injury.

You could always do bench squats. That's usually what folks do when they are recovering from injury because it's a little bit easier on the joints.

I haven't done a squat like that in my entire life. I just only do basic squats without any weights.

You could try walking lunges which will also work your hip abductors. Then you can gradually start to carry small weights and kettlebells while you do it to build up strength.
