Duck is delicious, don't know why it's not as ubiquitous as chicken or even beef

Duck is waay fattier, and has a more gamier taste. And a lot more expensive. I can get chicken leg quarters for 69 to 115 cents/lb.

From my understanding most of the fat is in the breast (giggity).
